The Library Marketing and Management Department provides the CLN's unified marketing strategy, organizes marketing researches and CLN libraries' advertising, sets contacts with the city public for making CLN libraries' positive image among the Mykolaiv citizens.
For the effective use of CLN resources the Department coordinates activity of structural subdivisions, organizes the methodical support for the libraries of the system, makes for introduction of innovations into the CLN work, studies, summarizes and implements good library practices, predicts perspective directions of the CLN development, organizes the system for raising the qualification of the city library workers.
The structure of the Library Marketing and Management Department involves the following divisions:
• The Editorial and Publishing Sector was established in 2000 to organize publishing activities, provide corporate identity for CLN products using modern computer technologies.
• The Center for Social Activity and Partnership was established in 2006 to provide information support to local NGOs, cooperates with socially active public organizations, foundations, associations to unite efforts to promote sustainable community development, attract social investments.
